Are you licensed and insured in DC, Maryland and Virginia?
Yes. BHI Construction is fully licensed and insured in all three jurisdictions: Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We are also EPA Lead Paint Certified, which is required for older homes throughout the DMV. License numbers and certificates of insurance are available on request.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes, we manage the entire permit process for your project. Our team works directly with DC DOB, Montgomery County, Fairfax County, Arlington County, and other local permitting offices. We schedule and accompany all required inspections so you do not have to coordinate with municipal offices.
